Merchandise for Sale, Sold! and Fundraising

Pick up last year’s merchandise at bargain prices as well as preorder 2008 merchandise.

Please be aware that only a very small handful (ie 1 or 2 or the common sizes) of merchandise will be ordered additionally to the preorder numbers, so if you want one, preorder by May 15th! (If you cant afford one right now, please email us and we’ll sort something out so you don’t miss out)

2008 Posters and Women’s tshirts may be added to the options over the next few days as i get confirmation of their availability.

Our Request for licencing has gone into Roadshow, and we should hear back soon, but having talked to the rep, there should be no issues.

Our first lot of Cadbury Choccies has almost sold, and we’re revving up for another order. So if you’re interested in helping out with that, please email us, or post in the fundraising thread in the Adelaide forum.

BBQs are looking most likely for 2008 fundraising. These will be held at Adelaide Uni over the next few months. If you’re keen to help out, email us.

April 4th

April Fools day brought more than just funny pranks. In the late afternoon, CSTSANZ finally contacted the right person at Universal and Roadshow to discuss licensing. Both companies have agreed to grant licensing for the events (one does 35mm and one does dvd rights)

As you can see, we have had a face lift here at CSTSANZ.com, we hope you like the new look.

We welcome Andrew from Brisbane on board as the brave soul who is running the inaugural event up in Brisbane. I’m sure he’ll be posting details up onthe brissy page soon enough, in the meantime, there is some info in the brisbane thread in the forums. So, if you’re from brissy, give him a shout out and say thanks for stepping up to the plate, he’s doing a wonderful job. We also welcome Shayne and Brendan from Canberra and Perth respectively who are also stepping up to the organiser plate. They’re in the early stages, so nothing definite yet, but I’m sure they’d love to feel some support from Browncoats in their area, to give them a boost and let them know they’re doing the right thing (for that matter, so would the organisers in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland) so do sign up to the forums and say hello. Sometimes it feels like we’re talking to a brick wall until the night of the event and you see 80-200 people rock up.

Ticket and merchandise (t-shirts and posters displayed at the top of this page) presales are likely to start for those cities with a locked in venue in the next couple of weeks. We have some Global Sponsors on board.

We have on offer one per screening of the following items:

  • Done the Impossible: Done the Impossible CD soundtracks
  • QMx: Serenity Bank Heist Money
  • DragonWeave: necklaces
  • ReadMyChest.Com: Special Coupon for Custom Art
  • Joss Whedon Fan Club: Special Membership Packages
  • Dark Horse: Better Days, Serenity Comic

  • Austin Browncoats: Two full event tickets to The Browncoat Ball, winner
will be responsible for room, board and transportation.
