Morena Baccarin will unfortunately not be able to make the Perth and Sydney Supanova events over the next two weekends as planned, but luckily Jewel has agreed to come back to Oz in her place. so for those that missed out on seeing her in brisbane, and melbourne, think about heading to Perth or Sydney to see her, plus some other awesome guests.

It’s taken a while but tickets and merch pre-orders are now available for CSTS Melbourne 2008!

Pre-order tickets are $12 via the Melbourne section of this website, door sales should be available for $15 however there’s no guarantees that we won’t sell out so make sure you get in quick to avoid disappointment!

Merchandise pre-orders are also available for 2008 Event T-Shirts (Mens’ style, S - XXL) @ $20 as well as 11′ X 17′ Event Posters ($15). We also have a very limited number of the famous QMX Serenity Money packs for sale at $20. All merch will be available for pickup at the event.

We’ve also got some other surprises in the pipeline for this year so be sure you don’t miss out!

Just wanting to let everyone know that, despite a lack of updates, everything is still going ahead! We’re still negotiating a few small (and very exciting) details, so once that is done we will be able to give you all the details for the screening!

In the meantime, I thought I’d share something I stumbled across a couple of days ago. These amazing photos highlight some pretty scary worldwide statistics. This really reinforces why organisations like Equality Now are so important and also why CSTS is such an important event!

Yay, we have a go.

So far we have planned a gaming area, costume competition, stalls, big screen area for continuous viewing of fan created Firefly/Serenity inspired work. We are hoping to have some dancing, music, food and drinks, activities to do, a fundraising table and much more.
